I have been involved in the development of ICPs on and off since 1995 and have been in this post since 2002. I am a member of the Change and Innovation Department which is a part of the Modernisation Directorate at NHS Lanarkshire. We currently have approximately 156 ICPs in use or being developed in Lanarkshire. These ICPs cover mostly acute care but we also have some in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Primary Care and Paediatrics.
